Low-speed bush chains
Low-speed bush chains (also called transmission chains) have similar construction to the roller chains but lacking the roller. These chains are not convenient for high circumferential velocities apparently.
Their advantage is using in demanding premises in terms of temperature and humidity when operation of belt drives is not possible.
